1. Free trial
Before buying you can test Mecra with a free trial of 5 videos and 7 days. It exists so you can evaluate the product before deciding to buy.
2. Right of withdrawal
When you purchase a plan, your license key is shown and becomes usable as soon as the payment is confirmed. Under the law, the exception for digital content and services performed immediately applies where the consumer has expressly consented; therefore the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised from the moment you activate your key.
3. Exceptional refund
If you have never activated your key, or could not use it because of a technical problem in the app, you can request a refund by writing to destek@mecrastudio.com within 14 days of the purchase date. Your request is reviewed and answered within 5 business days.
4. How to request
Write to destek@mecrastudio.com with your order number (or bank-transfer reference code) and the email address you used when buying.
5. Payment provider
For payments made through Lemon Squeezy, the refund is issued through Lemon Squeezy to the method used for payment. For payments made by bank transfer, the refund is sent back to the bank account you paid from.
