Open a ticket from your account
After signing in, send a request from the Support section of My account; you'll see the reply there and in your email.
Send a diagnostics file
In the app, use Support > Create diagnostics file to prepare a zip that contains no keys or passwords and email it to us.
Frequently asked questions
Videos that fail the quality check (black frames, too short, no audio and similar) are not uploaded; the reason is written under Logs > History in the app. Also remember that in the free trial videos are never uploaded automatically (see below).
In the free trial (5 videos, 7 days, 1 channel) videos carry a watermark and are not uploaded to YouTube automatically; the file stays on your computer and you can upload it yourself. Watermark-free output and automatic upload come with paid plans.
YouTube's daily quota resets at midnight Pacific Time. Uploads and refreshes resume automatically after the reset; you don't need to do anything. Background: YouTube API quota explained.
Under Channels > Connections and settings press "Reconnect", approve Google's permission screen in the browser, then press Refresh.
Because Mecra is a new app, Windows SmartScreen may show an "unrecognized publisher" warning. If you downloaded the installer from this site, continue with "More info" → "Run anyway". Walkthrough with screenshots: Install guide.
Mecra's Google verification is in progress; until it completes you may see this warning when connecting a channel. Continue with "Advanced" → "Go to Mecra (unsafe)" and approve the permissions. Details: Install guide.
Go to aistudio.google.com/apikey for Gemini and pexels.com/api for Pexels; both are free. In the app, every row on Settings > API keys has a direct link. "AI Included" plans need no keys.
Everything is stored on your own computer. Mecra doesn't send your keys anywhere, and the diagnostics file never includes keys or passwords. See the Trust center for the full picture.
After purchase, paste the key you receive into Settings > License in the app and press Activate.
